"Juris Europensis Scientia" (Category B) is a scholarly publication in the field of jurisprudence and political science, in which the results of their research can publish scientific, scientific-pedagogical and practitioners, doctoral students, postgraduate students and applicants for scientific degrees.

The publication was founded in 2012 by National University "Odesa Law Academy".

"Juris Europensis Scientia" contains scientific articles on current problems of theory and history of state and law, philosophy of law; constitutional and municipal law; administrative, financial, tax law; civil and commercial law and process; labor law, social security law; agrarian, land, environmental, natural resources law; criminal law, criminology, criminal law; criminal proceedings, criminalistics, search operations; international law.

The National University of Odesa Law Academy is a successor of the rich traditions of the Odesa Law School, whose history goes back to 1847 (the time of the existence of the Law Faculty of the Richelieu Lyceum - the first higher educational institution of Odesa). In 1865 the law faculty became part of the Imperial Novorossiysk University. In 1997, when 150 years of legal science and education in Odesa, the Law Institute of Odesa State University was transformed into the Odesa State Law Academy. A year later, this higher education institution acquired membership in the Association of European Universities, and in 2000 the academy was granted the status of a national higher education institution. By Decree of the President of Ukraine # 893/2010 of September 2, 2010, the Odesa National Law Academy was reorganized into the National University "Odesa Law Academy".

According to the decision of the State Accreditation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National University of Odesa Law Academy has a license and a certificate for the right to carry out educational activities at the higher IV level of accreditation, which are allowed to provide higher education (including foreign citizens) at the level of qualification requirements for the specialist , Master of Science in Law.
